1. General Refund Terms
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the timing of your request, and the specific circumstances outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
2. Workshop and Course Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request is made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop or course start date
- The workshop or course is canceled by Aeaiortix for any reason
- Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days
- The workshop or course content materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request is made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date (50% refund)
- You have completed less than 25% of a self-paced course and request a refund within 14 days of purchase (75% refund)
2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- You have completed more than 25% of course materials
- More than 30 days have passed since the course purchase date
- You have downloaded or accessed significant portions of course materials
- Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior cancellation notice
- Dissatisfaction with course content that accurately matches the provided description
- Changes in personal circumstances that prevent participation
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if:
- Cancellation is requested within 30 days of initial purchase and less than 10% of available content has been accessed (full refund minus processing fees)
- Cancellation is requested after 30 days but before 90 days, with minimal usage (prorated refund based on unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee)
No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions after 90 days from the purchase date.
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. In cases of serious illness, medical emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
4.2 Technical Issues

Refunds due to technical problems will only be considered if we cannot provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- One-on-one coaching or consultation sessions that have been completed
- Certification fees and examination costs
- Downloaded digital resources, templates, or materials
- Access to archived or recorded workshop sessions after viewing
- Third-party services or tools integrated with our platform
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as "non-refundable" at checkout
7. Group Enrollments and Corporate Accounts

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, your account will be immediately suspended, and access to all services will be terminated. Aeaiortix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time. If significant changes affect your purchased services, we will notify you in advance and discuss available options, which may include refunds or credits toward alternative offerings.
10. Credits and Alternative Solutions
In some cases where a full refund may not be applicable, we may offer:
- Account credits for future purchases
- Transfer to a different workshop or course of equivalent value
- Extended access period to course materials
- Complimentary enrollment in a related workshop
11. Force Majeure
Aeaiortix is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with affected participants to reschedule or provide reasonable alternatives.
